​Diana has taken her passion of yoga and turned it into a full time career since 2010, founding Inner Temple Yoga. She has promoted the benefits of yoga on television, and has facilitated in events across Ontario. Diana is a lover of self-care rituals, nature and music. She has immersed herself in hundreds of hours of trainings and various therapies throughout the past decade and is so excited to be sharing the mindfulness and empowerment tools she has experienced as paramount to her own growth with you!

1) Mindful Movement - Boundaries
When I think of boundaries I think of how much extra weight we carry on our shoulders from not listening to our boundaries. I'd like to guide a movement class focusing on physical boundaries for the shoulders and have consumers consider the energetic component of the shoulders; teaching about Svadhyaya and Pratyahara. Many different variations will be provided for all of the shoulder movements to allow for optimal accessibility, with anatomical explanations.
2) Mindfulness - Connection
I'd like to teach about being mindful of the body-mind connection through a meditation that connects the energetic chakras. Looking at them as a united bridge instead of separate entities within the body. And teach how Reiki/divine light energy/mindful intentions can be used to amplify this energetic bridge in the body. I truly believe there is a sense of empowerment when the mind and body feels whole. So I'd want to guide a meditation oh how to hopefully get there. :)
All humans of any ability level are warmly welcomed here! Your movement practice will benefit from an instructor with 10 years of teaching experience who will guide you to understand the function of muscle groups and how to work with the anatomical body more effectively, promoting an increase in physical range of motion, endurance and maintain a greater body/breath awareness.

Traditionally temples symbolize a place for humans to seek and obtain divine wisdom. Inner Temple Yoga believes that each individual already possesses an innate code of divine wisdom. The answer to where we can find harmony, serenity, and fulfillment lives within all of us; not somewhere in the outside world. We must learn how to practice being present in the moment and be receptive to ourselves in order to hear the inner wisdom waiting to emerge from within so that we can reflect on our own vast potential and then radiate this knowledge outwards to create the life that we are happy to share.

You can choose from:
1) Yoga Class - 1 Hour
Diana is happy to support you during this opportunity to connect to your mental and physical Self, giving light to certain areas of the body that might be needing more attention. Each class is catered to a pace that works the best for you. Please bring a small blanket.
2) Pilates Class - 1 Hour
Various muscle groups throughout the body will experience movements for strength building offered for the new beginner or the more experienced mover. If available, please bring 1-2 yoga blocks or 1-2 empty shoe boxes.
3) Yoga & Meditation Class - 1 Hour
This class is tailored at a pace that suits you, working specifically on areas of the body that are needing more support. Various breath and meditation techniques are taught at the end of class. Please bring a small blanket and pillow.
4) Stretch & Tone - 1 Hour
This class is meant to help explore various mindful movement techniques; finding which are the most helpful. Elements of functional movement, Pilates, and massage techniques are used. Please bring a massage ball/tennis ball, yoga block/shoe box, yoga strap/belt.
5) Meditation Class - 1 Hour
Personalized guided meditations are offered for; breath awareness/techniques, compassion, emotional release, grounding, chakra work or enhancing your own energetic vibrations. Choose one topic per class. Please bring a blanket and pillow.
